The Super Eagles of Nigeria were this evening held to a 1-1 draw by the brave warriors of Namibia. The Super Eagles paraded both foreign and home based stars.
The first half of the match ended goalless before the Namibians got the breakthrough in the 77th minute through D.H Kavendji after a fine run.
The African champions then stepped on the pedal and deservedly got an equaliser through Godfrey Oboabona in the 83rd minute through a superbly taken free kick.
The African Champions still sit on top of their group in this round of world club qualifiers with two points ahead of Malawi.
